E-Connect Congregation Vitality Survey
We started the E-Connect process in 2024 by filling out this Congregation Vitality Survey and as we approach the end of the E-Connect process we are once again asking you to fill out this survey. This will help the E-Connect Team, Holy Trinity Leadership and the Synod’s E-Connect Team see how the Holy Spirit has worked in and through our ministry at Holy Trinity.
This survey is totally anonymous. And we would like to have every individual to participate, including our youth! So, if you have more than one person in your household, everyone can fill out their own survey.
